If you order products on the BMA Medical website, the delivery time will be:-
Dhaka City: If inside Dhaka City, the maximum time is 3-5 days after the order is confirmed.
Out of Dhaka City: If all over Bangladesh, the maximum time is 5-7 days after the order is confirmed.
Payment Policy
If inside Dhaka City, you will not to pay money in advance. If outside Dhaka City, the delivery charge will have to be paid in advance. The product price will be collected from the courier service on Cash on Delivery (COD) condition.
Refund Policy
All products will be delivered via courier. If there is any technical defect after receiving the product, there is an opportunity to replace it within 7 days. BMA Medical will not be responsible for any other reason if the product is defective.
Note
Of course, when receiving the product, you will have to check the product from the courier. If there is any problem with the product at this time, you are requested to return it to the courier immediately. It is mandatory to contact BMA Medical when returning.
